Called them and was told to write in for waiver.

Same same here.. Mine also minor defects and took 3 months but defect still not done. A lot of the units are not ready yet, my unit included. So will be too early to gauge occupancy from units lit up at night.

Having said that, to make sure element 1 is successful, JMB has to take charge to cover all shortcomings. if we have good JMB, all can be done.
