wahlauwei. so many negative comments. haahha. yes the developer sucks. yes the developer is taking advantage of the buyers. hence we should not keep quiet. but the product is not bad guys. the only bad things i see about the product are: the facilities were not fully ready on time and the defects were not done in time. fyi, i went swimming pool and utilized the gym for exercise actually. imho the facilities are nice. swimming pool needs to be cleaned though. a lot of small debris in the water. lol.

1. should protest to pay maintenance 2. write a letter as owner of elements to complain 3. demand compensation for the loss of utilization even after VP 4. demand a date for all to be completed or will seek authority's help
but before we can do all that, we need to have a JMB. if not, then not strong enough.

Those who think that the developer sucks morally, should gather and take action towards them. Those who think that this project is a jialat project and no hope, better sell ur units for a peace of mind. I still think it is a reasonably good project though. the problem is that the developer failed to deliver everything on time.

For those who thought the rental is rm2k for 950sqft, hahaha. that shows how newbie u r. it is the agent's tactics ler. haha. my unit, renovation pun belum habis Babizz. Anyway here are true indication for those who have rented. these r transacted rental without major renovation:
1. 520sqft = rm2200 2. 640sqft = rm2600 3. 705sqft = rm3000 4. 950sqft = rm4200
the rental may vary based on the renovation, furniture etc. but dont ever expect cheap rental here. lol.
