Actually have to say thanks to you for sharing the info and also make this thread alive again. I think not many investors from lyn in this project as compared to other project? Coz this thread seems like only have a few active lyn members here. Haha. 

Yes, the shoplot majority of it kept by the developer himself and that's the reason why their sales office now is doing the subsales as well. 

It will be great if McD is interested. Coz i am staying at Sg Long, till now they are not doing delivery to our house! Although hussien onn there got a branch and we have to drive-thru there if we want to eat McD. 

Those rich people, can you please open a McD in Sg Long?!!!?? LOL!
