Hi everyone. whats the status on this sentral residences? Is it likely to be ready to move in by dec? Its september already the CCC will take at least 3 months to obtain.

I cant wait anymore renting out  !!

First of all Kudos to all buyer. I personally think this Sentral Residence has a lot of potential, bearing the development so close to KTM and MRT. I fall in love at the first sight, but I have no more bullet available and I think, I kinda missed the boat. Phase 2 is definitely becoming super expensive already haha

Btw, Mewah Residence could fetch RM 1k for a bare unit rental. I am sure this Sentral Residence would have better rental yield as it has more amenities and attractions for potential tenants. 

I called them and they said we likely will get our key by end of April or early May During this  CCC certification there are different gov dept coming over to certify and they cant promise when they come.        

Why not u guys check your spa. If developer vped late then u can get LAD. It should be more than enough to cover your losses...

hahaa ... i changed of plan ... initially i wanted to rent. I will let the agent to sell for me but if cannot find any buyers, i will keep this property.

wow ... u paid by cash? hahaa... coz last week i called the SA, she asked if i am taking loan or cash. Coz if loan, need to wait the bank release the $ or something.

Am today get to know from the developer office that there are a sum of interest late payment that I need to pay in oder to collect the key. The amount is 4.7k due to bank delay in release fund. Anyone here facing the same issue.....what should I do? They never inform me before this and suddenly want me to settle this within 14days from the letter date, failing which 10% late charges apply..........all together sum to 6k! Should this sum beared by bank?

Well I got my keys today and I have to say the quality is super disappointing, cracks on the floor tiles, windows metals have bends in them that the window doesn't close properly, several doors are chipped and cracked (lots of hammer dent marks), front door not even vanished and a huge chip at the bottom side. I have pictures of defects will post later. quality of this place is terrible for the price I paid I expect at least not recycled wood for the doors. Even door keys didn't work.
