First of all Kudos to all buyer. I personally think this Sentral Residence has a lot of potential, bearing the development so close to KTM and MRT. I fall in love at the first sight, but I have no more bullet available and I think, I kinda missed the boat. Phase 2 is definitely becoming super expensive already haha

Btw, Mewah Residence could fetch RM 1k for a bare unit rental. I am sure this Sentral Residence would have better rental yield as it has more amenities and attractions for potential tenants. thumbup.gif

That's pretty neat!

Nice environment. I wont complaint much if were to own a resident like this!
