Developer is TKS Development S/B. I also noticed the Christian Cemetery nearby there and it do concern me as I am a Public Transport user and I may pass by there every day and night. Anyway, Sentral Residence Kajang might become my choice if I can't find others better as it really have future development esp located nearby existing KTM and future MRT.

I have a question, u guys pay interest since the bank pay out first 10% right? From there u have to pay the interest every month right? until another 25% is paid by the bank, u pay interest of the total 35% right?
If construction delayed, u have to pay the 35% every month until another stage finish? Is it mean that the earlier u buy, the more interest u have to pay?
If the construction delay, we will have to more interest to the bank right?

wow ... that's fast. When did you signed your S&P? Coz initially i thought they only can complete early 2015. If mid 2014, will that consider early completion? ...

i went to the sales office last month to submit kitchen cabinet form. the sales person told me regarding the issue. the second phase will be launched some time during jan 2015 with 20percent increment.

Last time SA told me 2nd phase will launch this month one. Why info different?

As informed by SA, Phase 1 will be complete Mid of 2014 while Phase 2 is Early of 2015. The construction can be so fast bcz the developer selling the property at the same time of construction going on (as per SA told me). Not sure how true it is.

Yes, plan for own stay as my job place is nearby. But ive heard most of the buyers bought for investment.

at least u r one of those who bought it for own stay. haha ... i bought it for investment, but my plan is to rent it out first. don't think can make any profit if i were to sell it once completed.
