QUOTE(tashfinsheikh @ May 5 2012, 12:16 PM) mostly everyone buys it not cuz of its camera, but its a really handy thing, you won't want to bring your DSLR everywhere you go, thats why phones camera is a must have feature. a major point of a smartphone was never its camera.Added on May 5, 2012, 12:20 pm seriously ? wats wrong with everyone ? who needs a camera ? who needs a better screen ? who needs a good design ? who needs a premium brand ? according to this, we should throw away our smart phones and go back to 3310 Noone disagrees having a decent camera, which all smartphones have passed this stage, its the point where expectations dont meet reality. Not everyone has a DSLR, and when ur posting shots from a phone, clearly you have no intentions to post it up a billboard or a magazine. Am I clear? |

QUOTE(KuLi @ May 5 2012, 12:36 PM) obviously ur needs and requirements for a smartphone is different from others. A smartphone is different from a cameraphone.camera is one of the important considerations, especially for ppl who wanna capture the moment in the best way possible. the better question is why wld u need quad core? why wld u need s pen? wtf! If one requires such, there are always benefits and costs. If someone can make a smartphone with a camera as good as a cameraphone, wouldnt it defeat the sole purpose of it instead? "Capturing the moments" as in posting it on facebook? if it is at that rate, my sgs2 would look the same as my nexus as it is to my hox in picture quality as compared to my friends ip4s. What will make a difference is comparing it to my hasselblad. Granted that camera do need improvements as it climbs up the evolutionary ladder. Why do I need a quad core??? Thats because I do alot of PDF viewing, editing as well as powerpoints editing on the go which was the core purpose of a smartphone, which almost none of you guys do so rather than playing games and facebooking, no pun intended. Theres a term called specialty in each category. |

QUOTE(tashfinsheikh @ May 5 2012, 12:56 PM) Capturing the moment , let me elaborate this clearly you have never done powerpoint editing with a dual core, be it on a nexus, or a sgs2.When you went for a dinner or something , and you're going back home, you wouldn't want to bring your DSLR everywhere with you, thats why ppl love and want to have a good camera in their smartphone, For your PDF viewing and editing, powerpoints editing , Dual core is more than enough. Why would you want to get Quad Core ? exactly , thats why we want a better camera and FYI Galaxy S3 has a great camera, you are arguing about that meizu mx camera feature I used it, and I dont have time for it to jerk around, when time is money to me. Noone knows about the camera quality on the s3. At least none of us here. If you are doing those "eating out" shots, a normal one will do, what are you gonna do with it is clearly not for professional usage. On the plus side= Ive seen more people using their dslr or compact cameras taking food photos than just a smartphone. prove me wrong in that essence. |

QUOTE(KuLi @ May 5 2012, 01:55 PM) of course not, even with the 5.3" note, i will not do any powerpoint editing. These phones are tools to work.its like for serious content creation work, use a proper notebk Even with O2 6 years ago, i used it for excel spreadsheet light editing. nowadays, youngsters really fuk up the real value of a smartphone. |
