y not? apple sues anything they can think of included home button placement, rectangular shape with rounded edges and big screen, swipe to unlock, application menu bar etc etc.

i wont be surprise if they decided to sue on speaker placement, because that's what happened to SGT 10.1N where it has to alter the exterior design to suit the judge's and apple's needs.

i dono why samsung chose a glossy surface if it is a finger print magnet.

lastime when i use screen protector, i use the superclear....it was a nightmare to wipe of my SP EVERY goddamn hour!!! then i changed to matte SP was a tremendous relief for me for a while, then i cudnt stand the inferior clarity...beat d point of using amoled screen so i use the glittering crystal SP, a balance btw good clarity n very little wiping of fingerprints. I hardly clean the SP now.

so prints magnet is terrifying...i seriously wonder what is the s3 material is good for particularly the hyperglaze ???
minimal prints is ok, just not the every 30mins-1 hour kind...

I'm using white S2. Naked somemore. You wont see fingerprints on its body unless your hand is dirty. But my naked screen is different story altogether  :-))
