Actually for one handed operation, that's the perfect size.
Even though bigger screen is easier on the eyes, but quite cumbersome especially when u want quick operation.

cool feature! im on 3.3". i can feel the pain when typing using conv keyboard. luckily swype helps a lil bit. imo s2 is just nice for my small fingers.

Yes there are some things that I like my HOX over S3 but overall, S3 is better. If you haven't gotten any phone lately then I guess it should be worth it to wait for this.

agree wt u on the quality material, but this is based on web reviews and saying that material is same like s2.

software support - htc is better. their phones get more latest android version. the only thg samsung is better in this aspect is the custom roms.

I can also take photos while recording videos on my SGS stock Samsung rom, I guess SIII will be able to do the same too

Are you using a grey One X?  They both uses the same material - polycarbonate.  The glossy look on SIII is due to "hyperglaze" finishing which Samsung claims is scratch resistant as well

As far as I understand, this should be the app itself.  Maybe they have a different approach to mobile and pc

for me plastic is good, coz it is lighter. i put in my pocket all day, i don't want it to be heavier then my balls right? anyway who cares when i'll be wrapping it up with some condom or leather casing. i never seen many people with  smartphones don't have some kind of protection.
