so far I know that the camera's aperture size is f /2.6

Aperture Size :

 

SGS3 aperture size = f/2.65

HOX aperture size = f/2.00

N8 aperture size = f/1.80

Smaller f-stop = larger camera sensor = faster lens = lower ISO possible = lesser noise = better image quality

sensor and aperture is different. however, for sensor and aperture, the bigger the better.

the aperture size is denoted by the f-number. the smaller the number, the bigger the size.

sensor is similar to a film, but in digital form.

the smaller u mean is the f number.

i.e. f1.8, f2.0 etc etc..

the smaller the f, the bigger the aperture size bcz it's inverse of it. just don't get confuse with f-number with aperture size.

if u learn optics in physics or u learn about photograph. the f number means the focal ratio.

it's actually the focal length over the diameter of the entrance pupil. go google up if u wanna know more. hope this clears up your doubts about the aperture and f-number relation.

Usually smaller aperture size is better because can capture more "bokeh" for your photos.

Smaller aperture can result in using lower ISO because more volume of light is capable of entering the lens for low light capture especially indoor shots or birthday shots in a dark room.

This is why small aperture lens is so expensive.

Go to Canon shop and compare the quality of picture taken from a 50mm f/1.2 lens against a 50mm f/1.8 lens.

does anybody know samsung galaxy s3 (maybe use s2 as a reference) has international warranty?

i really need to know.

Having dinner with one of my fren who work in Samsung. She mention the S3 that reach our region might only be the 16GB version. ETA should be mid of June.

She will get bec to me once there is any confirmation on this. But if it is 16GB that reach us would be kinda sad. Luckily S3 comes with expandable memory

I doubt Samsung will bring only 16gb.  Maybe they won't for 64gb.  If it's only 16gb then

its possible. because the 32gb variant might have a higher selling price than HOX (which have 32gb but non expandable), note that HOX price confirm drop when s3 release. and samsung feels this might affect their sales

so they decide to bring in only 16gb with a lower selling price than HOX or similar. and as mentioned, the memory is expendable so its really not much of a concern

That means the price will be much more higher

Btw, I jz got myself a SIII ringtone.  Not sure if it's included in the phone itself, but it's the opening music before the start of the unpacked event

Any news if Samsung will release the accessories earlier, especially the wireless charging device, as the expected release date for most of the s3 accessories in Expansys is on 5th June.

Even IF SME bring in S3 64GB version, we have to look at the price first. If more than RM300 different between 64GB and 16GB then i choose the 16GB one as 64GB sdcard price is less than RM300 nowdays.

Fruity phone dont have sdcard slot so the price might be different.
S3 is using Exynos Quad 4212. Formerly known as Exynos 4412 (without the words Quad)

doesn't really expect too much of the charging kit , since it still have to put your phone on the charging pad .
What i more concern is about the AllShare Cast dongle
