Hey guys I just got myself a Samsung washer dryer https://www.lazada.com.my/products/samsung-...s112064399.html

Under synthetic run the wash only function takes about 2 hours ish. At one time my wash and dry went up to 5 hours. Is this normal? Much longer than my old top loader
*
2 hours ish? i can't vouch, coz my current washing machine is only 7kg. but full load takes a little less than 1 hour. and your drying is 5hours?? like almost half day just to do drying?? lamanya!

Pause and loosen then then continue. Probably the clothes all stuck at 1 side of the drum. Very common for top load.

Oh! didn't know that it's common. the machine shakes like its on esctasy, haha! I dare not try the machine again, is being left idle ever since...

if you are use Front Load washer , just Remove the Washer Shipping Bolts.
your Supplier should told you this.

Thanks! But why would the washer shipping bolts even be there in the first place? read through the manual, but no mention of these parts...

--------------------

To confirm, the risk of fire would not be high in operating this machine right? All the while using washing machine only, hahaha so my fear is legit!
