Am stuck deciding between these 3 LED LCD TV's with largely similar specs.
All are Full HD 1080 (1920 x 1080)
Sony 40EX520 - just superceded model which can be purchased at around RM 2,000, Wi Fi ready but need to purchase dongle which puts the cost up to RM 2,200, no indication of Hz
Samsung 40ES5600 - current model available for RM 2,400, Wi Fi ready (some people throwing in a dongle but otherwise need to purchase for RM 200), Clear Motion Rate of 100 Hz
Samsung 40ES6220 - current model available for about RM 2,900, built in Wireless LAN, 3D, Clear Motion Rate of 400 Hz
I can pretty much do without the 3D and so the attraction of the Samsung 40ES6220 is mostly for the higher Clear Motion Rate of 400 Hz - is that noticeable (and worth the extra RM500)?
Is the Sony less well spec'd picture quality wise being a just replaced model? The attraction is the nicer industrial design and it being the cheapest.
Having said that, the Samsung's are probably a more watchable design as the bezel is integrated with the screen edge giving a floating impression.
Any opinions welcome.
