Physical office operating hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, close on weekends and public holidays.

Why repair & service with us?
1. Our turn around time is between one to seven days while service centre will take seven to fourteen working days to do the same work.
2. We do on-site diagnose and parts replacement while pick up and send back for logic board repair.
3. We have most of the replacement parts in stock so there is no time wasting on waiting for parts.
4. We provide logic board repair and single part replacement which service centre does not provide.
5. Finally we ourselves are Mac user as well so we can easily relate to any problems that you might be experiencing.
How we work?
1- Client contact us.
2- Appointment & meeting time set, evaluation, estimate turn around time & price quotation will be given on the spot.
3- If client agree, we will issue service note, item will be repair.
4- Item deliver back to client. Payment by cash, credit & debit card or instant bank transfer. Company invoice can be issue.
5- Warranty period will be given between 3 months to 1 year depending on item.
6- Follow up and review.
