Just want to share with you guys the experience I've had with Unicomp recently. I wrote to them three times by submitting tickets on each occasion - no response. Their printed RGB set has been unavailable for at least 4 weeks and they didn't bother to update their site - I took this screenshot about 25 minutes ago (i.e., 22 May 2012 13:37 hrs):



I would have expected better customer service from this company. I miss the e-mail replies from Jim and Don... those were the good ol' days.

soon, currently now i will be receiving a new sample of FC700R which will have a new printing method, because previously, laser etch is not ideal, and vanish sooner than expected.

a lot of production problems has also been fixed and i'm very excited to see the new printing method.
