QUOTE(storm88 @ May 4 2012, 08:40 AM) my 3d printer cannot do PBT yet. What 3D printer are you using? 0.obut my next investment with a newer design machine, might able to do it. (that one would cost >RM15K per machine...) Added on May 4, 2012, 8:40 am Yea, how was the Pure going? production delay like Ducky ke? Added on May 4, 2012, 8:43 am yes, it's possible. base on the trial run from a friend who stay at UK, the printed keycap can be use, but need to do quite some touch up work. Don't think keycap seller would follow the "wind" to use 3d printer to produce keycaps |

QUOTE(x-1o8-x @ May 9 2012, 09:36 PM) are there any sellers here that sell mechanical numpads? Interested in a like-new Kinesis Low-Force Keypad? It has Cherry brown switches. I have the original packaging. Purchased in Nov 2011 because soon after purchase, I started using an IBM Model F, which I have stuck with. The Model F has its own numeric keypad.can't seem to find filco tenkeypad sellers here >"< |

QUOTE(Human10 @ May 9 2012, 10:27 PM) CM Quickfire have Multimedia keys, which include adjusting volume IIRC. erm my numpad shortcuts are set for a preset volume, ranging from -21db till -3db, not the typical volume up/down Added on May 9, 2012, 10:30 pm Nice stuff you have there. The one more commonly found is the Goldtouch, which having the weird 00 keys... I guess I can make the shortcut to include modifier keys, tho I'd like to skip that if possible I did some googling and found some 87 keys cherry mx keycaps sold overseas... quite nice since you can customize it to your liking too |

Thanks for the info, I do not know what is the actual weight, but it seem heavier than the red switch Leopold......Red switch is 45g right? then it is suppose to be 50g or even 55g...... not sure how to measure it..... wait let me try this.... That's some one cent! around 28+-, the weight is 56g and the key sink in! Tragic happen!!! when testing the enter key!!! the tower had fallen!!! later tested it sink in at 58g.... this is the weight for A key.... This post has been edited by kaysa: May 9 2012, 11:06 PM |

The rating on the specs is +/-15g... you are right, the enter are different weight already,I think maybe will find all different weight if I test all keys and the Fn key is 51g =_=||| is that because of my scale are broken or the standard of Malaysia 1 cents are non standard? also the possibility of the dome are different weight @@ This post has been edited by kaysa: May 9 2012, 11:11 PM |
