for your budget, filco/ducky/leopold/KBT are some really good choices. I chose filco because it just feels better overall. i don't need backlighting and numpad too. If you want a simple yet sophisticated, compact yet solid build quality, Filco/Leopold is your best bet. If you want a jack of all trades and don't really bother with all the fine details in terms of quality, Ducky Shine is the way to go. If you've set your mind on PBT, you can always get a filco then get a set of PBT keycaps from taobao. Of course, that would incur more cost. Afterall, since when were PBT keycaps cheap anyway haha
