Ya, I did use the dip switch to change the position of the CapsLock to the control position,
but the key they provided is a extra Ctrl with LED hole.
and a extra CapsLock without a LED hole.
Not a Capslock with LED hole but Ctrl size.
nor a Ctrl without a LED hole in CapsLock size.

Realforce has many different type,
like "silent" edition, variable weight force, uniform weight force,
EK special edition, White edition, white gray edition, black edition and all.
all have different LED color, key color or board color,
but the basic Switch are the same.
but the silent are new technique,
plus some of them the weight force are different.

hmm.. i m not sure that the spacebar can fit in or not,
all other keys can fit I think.

because they are high end, thus,
not much people affordable = not much demand = not much production.

all I known of is official product from Topre.

Some Keyboard Brand Which Contain 5 Characters,

I have a red switch Leopold, with printed keycaps,
when I buy it from Cyclone, he gave a set of black blank keycaps FOC.

But my greed for Keycaps made me brought another few sets of keycaps,
included one set of PBT white laser printed, (the spacebar doesn't fit )
and a set of white ABS blank(which has doomed to boiled when try to dye color)
3 different colored Keycool spacebar *red yellow orange.
20 of R4 roll red blank keycool keycaps

Otaku Leopold full size is just a Keycaps mod right?
or is there a version that is come with built in black blank keycaps?

what keycaps are you using? are those ABS?

hmm.... a Keycool Maybe? red switch will be soft and silent.
Price is around your budget too I think, but since its from seller from China,
warranty will be an issue if you break it.

That is a good question.... I m not sure for your laptop,
but when I use my HHKB on my brother's MAC, it follow the keyboard's function instead,
the F1 on MAC's ori keyboard is brightness down, but when I use the HHKB,
even when I turn the DIP switch to Mac compatible,
it doesn't have any effect because it is not on the F1 key of the HHKB...

you have to get it from online sellers I think, or get from foreign country....
like taobao, taiwan, Elite Keyboards, or WASD keybaords, or or....

erm.... I have a set of Black Blank ABS, 104 keys
can fully fit into Black Widow, except the spacebar,
but the spacebar you can use the original one,
since it has no different how they look anyway.

I also have a set of Black PBT with purple print, 87 keys
not sure spacebar can fit or not,
but this set without the number pad at the right side.

have one more set of 104 White Laser print PBT,
except for spacebar, every key should fit too.

one set of ABS black with white infill,
I think this set is no different from the original set from the blackwidow....

got 20 pcs of red blank keycaps that you can fit in to the F1 to F12 and print screen roll,
and 1 to 0 and +_~ roll, too.

are you interested to buy a set from me?
or you want to buy from foreign country with agent's help?
