bread without any preservative will grow spore/fungus after 3-4 days.
I use that bread to do my kajian biologi during SMK time.
My fren tried gardenia bread but give up coz he failed to make the bread grow any fungus for more than 1 week since he bought it.

Even if it is, the bread doesn't seem to agree with my taste bud. I like high five better. Their bread taste milkier.

im trying to stop eating this bread in favor of the new gardenia wholemeal line up but unfortunately they are too hard to find.

I just tested this by putting a slice of wholemeal massimo bread past expiry. And it got mouldy after a week. Maybe they stopped using so much preservatives ..
