I always finish mine before the expiry date.

Gardenia...sorry to say...sometimes saw berkulat (fungus) or became hard (keras)

Gardenia Wholemeal...a lot of people buy this.

bread without any preservative will grow spore/fungus after 3-4 days.
I use that bread to do my kajian biologi during SMK time. rclxms.gif
My fren tried gardenia bread but give up coz he failed to make the bread grow any fungus for more than 1 week since he bought it.

You got me; stop buying Massimo bread now.

Even if we finish it before expiry date, the preservatives worries me.
