hi guys, currently scouting around to see where can buy cheapest physical copy of gw2.

my local shop quote me 169, while pbseller selling 160, but i noticed playzone selling 145. how come can go so low?

any suggestions guys? or should i just go for digital copy? which is 60usd@ bout rm180.

Actually USD 60 is around RM190 already, someone said it's around RM193. I bought it before BWE 1 and it worth it. If you're on saving, RM160 from trusted pbbseller is worth it.

I think our country is on US server but it's better to ask seller about it.

Generally, just get the US Version unless you travel to EU countries often only you MAY consider EU version, otherwise just stick to US version.

Isn't that bad for those who purchase from these sellers? Imagine you get your EU copy of GW2 and try to login from Malaysia.

Tl:dr: If u get EU key, you can't play from Malaysia. But these keys only limit where your location is and NOT servers/worlds.

I'm not really sure about the region thingy but from what I understand if you bought the EU version you can only connect from EU, you can still play in US/EU server but your client have to be in EU to connect...again not 100% if this still applies, I heard ANet mention this before the first beta

So basically the racial skill is part of a set of skill which is known as Slot Skill. They occupy the button 6-0, 6 being your designated healing skill and 0 being the elite skill. 7-9 you can choose yourself.

So every time you level up, they give you 1 Skill Point, which you can use to unlock the Slot Skills, the cost of the unlock varies from 1 to 30. You can also earn skill points when you complete certain challenges scattered across the world of Tyria. These challenges comes in form of jump quest, or you will have to kill a group of mobs spawned by the NPC, some of the challenges also require you to listen to a story of an NPC and later answer some questions regarding the story.

Each profession have 2 type of skills, your weapon skills and your utility skills. Your profession utility skills + racial skills = Slot Skills. You need to spend Skill Points to unlock the Slot Skills. Your slot skills occupy the 6-0 buttons, but 6 is for healing skills only and 0 is for your elite skills, so you get to choose 3 other skills from your prof utility or racial skills to occupy the slot 7-9.

You can change your skills anytime you are out of combat, buy if you want to reset your Traits you have to visit a trainer. Traits give you no usable skill, they are more like buff to your skills and spells.
