anyone here claim from kitbag before and successful?
tomorrow need to inform kitbag about my order already...ordered since 13 May and until today, no receipt of item... probably my 1st and last kitbag order...

i waited until today when it's over 20 working days and i called kitbag directly and complain about this.. they immediately refunded me...

my suggestion, if you ever want to buy from kitbag...then do not choose the normal delivery, it is more worth to pay extra for tracking otherwise i can feel that it is almost as good as gone...not sure how the jersey can get lost but i have a feeling the post ppl just grab these jerseys....

on the other hand... highly recommended protechkitzone...
purchased from them...within 2-3 days already get the jersey....
and poslaju is damn good, i have zero issues with poslaju with over hundreds of transaction done before....

this is my sharing based on my experience....really feel lucky kitbag refunded my purchase....

but then i think i prefer protechkitzone now since they use poslaju and it's so much easier and faster as well... RM7 only for poslaju and peace of mind...

man utd away jersey 12/13 still RM219 at protechkitzone...but the red home jersey already offer RM155... weird eh...the home red version cheaper than the red version...


in fact, man utd's latest new home kit is cheaper than last season's white away kit now.... wooooot !!!

i think the price just got updated really recently this morning...

noob here...do we apply champions patch to the next season jersey or put it for current season?

or it's up to user?

i am asking cuz i just purchased 12/13 home kit and apply the champions patch...so wondering if i have done it wrong and supposed to apply for following season for the patch...

UD? It was from Kitbag...nope...the shirt never arrived...at least until today...
usually when i buy from ebay and overseas...it won't take more than a month...most likely the parcel gone already...

and i suspect the post office folks must have known somehow and just took the item since it's not registered postage...

sorry...i guess i said it out of my frustration... but lesson learnt here...if i really want to buy next time, it must be registered and traceable...

else...i'll just buy from local shop as well... protechkitzone is quite reliable...imho....

i don't think it is worth shipping back..if you want registered post with proper tracking...prepare to pay about RM80 to RM90...

if normal post..there's risk of missing parcel...

kinda sad protechkitzone selling the man utd 12/13 away white jersey back at RM259 now...i was delaying my purchase when it was at RM199 cuz waited for kitbag order which never arrived.... sigh...

the postage itself should be fast..i think protechkitzone needs to find the stock if it's not available...

4 days is still a lot better than waiting 1 month only to know the parcel may have been lost forever...that is my experience from kitbag...

so i won't complain about protechkitzone anymore...

never done it before...and it's on the original jersey i bought...i think i will spend the RM10 to minimize the risk...

unless i'm doing it on a pasar malam jersey to test/practice, then ok...
