Hi guys, I've purchased two jerseys from Kitbag and they have notified me that the jerseys were dispatched on the 12th of July, but till now I am still waiting for my jerseys to arrive. Is it common that Kitbag's parcel takes a while to arrive? I took the Standard Delivery option.

Hi guys, sorry to ask similar question again but I've bought two kits from Kitbag with standard delivery and it has been a month already yet I have not receive anything. Had tried to contact them through email twice yet no response from them. Any advice?
