change to protein-base food like chicken, meat, fish

take carb during breakfast and lunch as normal (1 plate i mean for normal)

take only small portion carb during dinner

take ur dinner before 8

do not take any junk food/carbonate drink

and dont forget exercise 30min/3 times/weekly
