Below is my HbA1c reading:

Jan 2023:
5.8 % in NGSP units
40 mmol/mol in SI units

Dec 2023:
5.2 % in NGSP units
33 mmol/mol in SI units

Diagnostic values in Malaysian adults:
< 5.7 or <39 Normal
5.7-6.2 or 39-44 *Prediabetes
>6.3 or >45 T2DM

I was extremely worried in Jan. Should I worry now? Should I worry in the long run?
