I've been looking everywhere for an affordable white, cream or peach eyeliner that isn't sparkly or have too much shine on it, something semi matte but fresh! I went to SASA, The Face Shop, Elianto, Watsons, Guardian and etc. So clueless on which brand to get and what works the best. I just don't want the eyeliner to easily smear or smudge or crease throughout the day as our weather is super humid

Yes, for the waterline and the tear duct area, probably that could also work to highlight underneath your eyebrows. Makeup Forever is a high end brand though. Something that is affordable and that I can purchase without burning a hole in my pocket! heeee |

Pencils dont last long for me, i sharpen them quite often, a bad habit but yes, often! Thats why i opt for something affordable, I saw some from the Majolica Majorca brand, they have a bit of a sheen and subtle glitter BUT the color payoff is pretty intense which i LIKE, price is around RM24? So, hmmmmm...I'll keep on looking cos i really want the white/cream/peach color to be pretty matte but still fresh looking! |
