ok so we stop discussing anything else but start with TT first, how about that? then we create a car club name. Unless newbies ask us question, then we shall focus on TT?

Lord FenomX would like to address few issues concerning TT for PREVOC Club. It has come to our concern that many of our citizens want a gathering in this nation.

We shall start the case study now with the following defendant and Plaintiff.

FenomX vs Dares [EBD 1798-34]
It was a lovely day. The skies are blue just like the blue lagoon car owned by FenomX. Whitelighter then decided to have a TT with us. However, A saga owner who call himself dares came to us and told us he would like to join and he promised us he will give us some suggestions for venue. But, until now, he didn't take any actions. We seek for legal actions against dares for his promissory estoppel.

I shall warn you defendants. Please do not use foul language in the court. Do you have anything to say before i concede the case? You will be punished to treat everyone one teh tarik kurang manis for such actions.

To the defendant's lawyer, your suggestion is rejected. A verbal communications can be counted as an agreement in the first hand. Therefore, a written agreement shall be or could be waived in this case. I am aware of every uncle selling corn cup would know that SOLID WHITE is nice but we have to know that the uncle is driving a Blue Lagoon one. So, we might as well sue him for breaking the laws of contract. However, your side couldn't show me his contract. Therefore, i conclude that your objection is invalid.
