me too. chasis no tak dak lagi. i pun pening apasal orang yg order 15 march, 16 march ... dah ada no chasis

Better call first and ask can remap or not. A lot of SC are not equipt with the tools. I went for my first service yesterday request for alignment. Rejected coz machine not ready with preve setting.

I thnk not all SA can tell chassis number. If u book directly with edar, everything is assign under ur name. When they assign chassis number to ur booking, tats when the SA can tell u chassis number.
If you book thru dealer, ur booking is held by dealer. The dealer still need ti wait edar assign cars to them. Mayne one batch get white, but is IAFM. Next batch maybe get CFE, but is blue. So depend on your luck. AFAIK, dealer can only give u chassis number when ur car arrive at their showroom, or edar confirm their delivery by DO or something. I not sure.
There is difference when u book with Proton Edar or "Proton Edar authorised dealer".

ya f*** 2 times today. already call i care. but bcoz i make a booking with EON, so she give me EON hotline no. so i call EON and say bla bla bla. give all info about my Preve. so the person promise to call me back after. but the most think i hate, he didnt call me yet. about 9 am i make a call. now 4.19 pm.

answer already. now just waiting EON careline to call me back. if not call so tomorrow again i will call back. everyday i will f*** EON careline and my SA. enough.
