At here I would like to share my experience on this computer accessories outlet in Penang. Their official website is Swisspac.com.my
Let me summarize the whole case, which I interested to get one sound card for my PC, the Asus Xonar DX 7.1 sound card.
5th April 2012
- Somewhere before this date, I keep on ring this outlet but failed to reach to them until I send an sales inquiry into their mailbox.
- One of the sales person, Mr. Lai (+6016 4164 779) rang me and said they have stock for the sound card.
- I head over to their store to pay some amount as a booking fee or deposit for the sound card. RM59. Full amount was RM259 and I was told to pay RM59 first, Sales Order #000531, Deposit Receipt #11343.
- I was told that the stock will take about 2-3 business days to arrive, the sales person put his commitment onto this.
- When I did the deposit payment, I also got confirmed by them again that there's about 2 pieces of stock left in KL.
14th April 2012
- After 9 days, no one call my mobile about the stock.
- I rang Mr. Lai mobile number and surprisingly he feedback to me that no stock.
- Even though there was no stock, they did not ring me to inform me on the delay.
- Again, he set expectation to me that they don't have ETA for the stock, then tell me some other old customer story that waited for 2 months for the stock.
- Immediately I told him I would like to cancel my order and get refund for my deposit through banking and he said okay.
- The reason I ask for banking refund because the shop location was not convenient for me.
- Then I send an email to LingLoong, this seller told me that he has stock in hand so immediately I deposit the money into his account through ATM machine.
18th April 2012
- Had my trip down to KL and collected the item from LingLoong, perfect condition (currently running in my PC while I'm writing in this post).
20th April 2012
- Still no news about the refund from Swisspac.
- Send an SMS to Mr. Lai, he replied that money has been prepared but no time head to bank.
- I was told that will refund on Sunday (22nd April 2912)
25th April 2012
- No update on the refund
- Send SMS to Mr. Lai again
27th April 2012
- No reply from Mr. Lai
- Check my Maybank account, someone deposit RM50 into my account.
- Where is RM9?
- I was very unhappy with their service and I planned to file an official complaint against them into Penang Consumer Affair.

- I'm not sure who is this person, SMS me saying that ATM machine do not accept RM9 amount
- I myself understand ATM machine process but I'm wondering why don't they refund through online banking?

- Another guy SMS me with unprofessional message and for me it was rude.
- Saying that they will bank in to me soon and "kindly" inform me that they do not provide refund through banking service.
Overall I am very not happy with their services. They cannot make it as per committed to the customer and promised to refund through banking but end up tell the customer they do not provide refund through banking, it sounds like I "force" them to refund through banking to me. I DID NOT FORCE them but at the first place Mr. Lai promised to refund through banking first.
I mean, how the hell they still can run their business with all these kind of sales person in the store? Bad service, low education and unprofessional. I am very sorry to say but they are really into that kind of bad service level, how can people accept it? It was just a very small business deal with little amount of money, they cannot complete it properly?
