Sent my car to change bump stopper at senaxis just now. I ask if it's ok to bring own engine oil for my service next time n they say might have problem to claim warranty next time if anything happen to the engine. Is that so??

I adjust2 my HU (aka my handphone) you guys gone jor.

No matter, I drive home 190 from Batu Tiga toll to Shah Alam (self speedcut, balls shrunk) - after today's cheapie mods the entire damn car feels considerably more responsive edi.

Engine even sounded smoother and less strained. Somehow.

That's one helluva placebo effect wor. Granted a few mods done lol, not sure if any one is a major contributing factor - or a mix of all.

Check the manual or google. Last time I tried jadi wan.

What cheapo mods you have done ?

Morning, what eiraku experience is not some placebo or black magic voodoo or whatever. It is really real positive effect felt.

A good stable voltage and current flow plays an important role in car performance. ECU as we all know, reads, digest many parameters and decides what is the performance level a car can obtain. the car's ECU is highly dependent on all sensors to provide accurate data and signals. the ECU can provide the best judgment if the signal is accurate. hence a stable & consistent electrical system will ensure optimum torque and response at all time.

even though a car may have very good flow of air, exhaust, hi power iridium sparkplugs or so many mods, if the ECU detected instability in current (poor current flow or grounding, increase in load usages, or other factors), ECU will not select the most optimum performance. ECU will select the best ignition if good stable current is detected, granted all other equipment in the car is performing at optimum condition.

I can vouch to Eiraku that the engine response and power is contributed by the VS and grounding. but modded air flow holes will work hand in hand to suck air faster thus also contribute to better response.

but of course la u dont expect this mod will transform your car to a turbo powered car. if u want put BOT la.  whistling.gif

the problem is so many VS in the market and so many people can do grounding.. the question is, does the VS really works? and do they know how to properly install grounding cables n selecting the positions? are more grounding cables yields better performance? how do we know the grounding cable is good in quality ? these questions maybe the answer to some of friends which feels that vs and grounding is such a waste and no performance gains. my IMHO...cheers ...
Of course we're not expecting a boost in hp by adding VS + grounding. But isn't it funny that car maker didn't include this already? am wondering rclxub.gif

Hi guys, just drove my 2.0p to genting highland, went to awana for a dinner with friends, just wonder how you guys driving downhill, cuz im braking real hard during downhill esp with bump. the car can go real fast downhill! Its so fxxking dangerous. But im not sure i got press on gas pedal, is it normal to go fast (without gas pedal) itself during downhill? Can feel the brake hurt very much doing that... Use engine brake? Can it be done on CVT?

PS: It is my first time driving uphill, and (half) downhill BTW.

Goin downhill sure need engine braking la. unless u wanna smell ur brake pad smile.gif

Actually.... I think using a screw driver could be better tongue.gif

U need to unscrew and remove that panel.

Then there is a catch for the socket, poke it to unlatch it. Use hand just angle and pry it apart also can
*
Done earlier using screwdriver to enlarge the gap. Literally need a lot of force man. Btw, i thought i can adjust the headlight level higher after install the switch but that's the highest at 0 and only can go lower. liddat not so useful wor, manually adjust it higher?
