Thanks for takign the lead guys. Good job there in getting things cleared up.

You guys managed to get a great deal out from SC. Seems to be the win-win situation already.

Can use my 1.8CVT for full day testing.

4-1 with 2.5" connector pipe <--- This one seems to be for 2.0CVT de due to the pipe size? If it is, I do suggest those 2.0CVT wait for the compared dyno result before deciding. DOnt go 421 then see dyno 4-1 have more usable powerband.. cry lor then.
*
good idea, maybe we can asked frank to dyno 4-1 on 2.0cvt to compare result with 4-2-1 but just quoting what frank said this afternoon..its seems, 4-2-1 is the best setup for 2.0cvt...but then again..no harm trying right..

a little bit of information in which frank informed us yesterday:-

1. installation, testing and dyno is estimated 3 hours per session. Frank said, 1 day for 4-2-1 and another day is for 4-1.
2. all dyno cost will be bared by his side.

Maybe I left out a couple of additional point, if Miuk or NZH can recall any other points or I might mislead with my first point. Can help me clarify about this? sweat.gif

For street wise, I would always recommend a tuned length 4-2-1 header
Since you already have Supercircuit's 4-2-1, stick with it
*
SC's inspira 1.8Mt/CVT 4-2-1 or 4-1 are yet to start to start R&D...We have no input on how the performance of both will be as of now. laugh.gif

*
what bars have you looked? strut bars, lower arm bars, fender bars, roll cage bars? drool.gif ..and some other bars that I know but can't remember their names...its necessary to put all if you're converting your car for track use..UltraRacing has the complete bars for inspira..but if you're a bit crazy, can go for RalliArt (just for show show only laugh.gif )..other than that, err...i think non that I could think of.. thumbup.gif

Discount RM5k for 2011 & RM1.5k for 2012

So engine all the same as 2011 model?

This are the features in 2012 model:

New Proton Inspira 2.0 CVT Executive 2012
- Engine CVT with Invecs III
- 6 Speed transmission.
- Dual airbags , ABS + EBD.
- auto rain sensor & light sensor.
- Sterling wheel with audio switch & cruise control.
- paddle shifter.
- without leather seat & 2.0 full bodykit

I've test drive 1.8 yesterday, they dont have the 2012 version for me to take a look. only 2011 model, so i got no idea whats the diff.

2011 using campro CPS...2012 using campro CFE.. icon_rolleyes.gif laugh.gif

Hey guys, anybody with experience dealing with Ah Kit Shah Alam? Eying the Volks 2nd hand he has for sale: http://is.gd/wO5Ayu

Seems like an interesting piece of kit, not sure if it's ori volks though.

@William: Like I said a few versions back, sure the stock sus is soft, but heck it handles mid corner bumps and shiat well over here on the 8 trunk. Not sure if it's gonna be as good with stiffer springs and abs.

My current problem is the 205/60 tyres. Flexy wall and not enough rubber lol.

how about kedai rim at rawang..got several there..quite cheap also I think...and their trade in price is quite ok woo
