Been renting car every time I went there but never heard of anyone kena roadblocks though. It's not like the police don't know though. It just that, they won't bother to tahan anyone, I think.

Hi, my friends and I are planning to visit Langkawi next month. Anyone know any special places we could stay for our trip? We plan to not stay in regular hotels or resorts as we are looking for different experience, maybe like a homestay or something. ty in advance

Personally i think homestays aren't worth it as hotels are cheap there.
