You just have to change the country and postcode in the purchasing detail to the one in USA. Just google some random location then you can buy them.

Ah, for Stronghold and XCOM collection I can confirm that it can be activated here but not sure about Civ IV. Chances are you can.

I never got such links from anyone at all and as far as I remember I didn't log in or put details on such dodgy websites before.

Reminder to all, if you got suspicious links from someone with a name you're familiar with, check their profile and see whether it's truly legit or not.

But then again, why should I add you again with my dupe account with the same name and avatar? And to just post that link? That should already raise some alarm.

For more enjoyment from L.A Noire, try watching LA Confidential too as some of the characters are inspired by that movie. The setting is quite similar and the movie have Kevin Spacey, enough reasons to watch the movie.
