if there is error with your install game, when you "verify intergrity of game" file, steam will download back those files. so you be wasting your time downloading them back again

not recommended to delete them if you have slow connection / bandwidth cap

useful yes, but when steam goes emo it will redownload every of those file that you deleted, happen to me lol

not recommended to clean those if you have slow connection,load of games install, bandwidth cap

that why steampowered pricing is slightly more expensive then other digital distributor
