Thanks for the input, i know this thread is only for steam, but as gamers we're forward looking to play games, even in different platforms, d3 is not included in steam doesnt means that we totally ignore such game, well, this thread is also open to any good deals, promotions in pc gaming right? So, im just sharing. no offence.

NO steam no deal, thats my logic these days. Steam is the reason u farm discount.

AFAIK,no additional charge to your CC/debit which include tax.
*

I pretty sure there is some fees on my CC side, since I send money there.

cc fx rate will always be higher than what u see in fx site..

as fx site = absolute pricing
cc exchange are higher aka spread so they can profit, but paypal rate is even higher... sad.gif

same like how bank charge also
*

thats what I am concerning, but actually I was thinking, if it would be cheaper for me to load some amount my CC with steam wallet in 1 time or buy every single game with CC everytime.

if u split and buy, depends on exchange rate...

if buy 1 time u stuck with that exchange rate..

so up to you lo.... but using steam wallet u can control ur budget.. put 300 USD for 1 year budget.. smile.gif

if not everytime see nice offer click click click click click /bad mouse/ smile.gif
*

drop the exchange rate apart. That one very straight forward.

I dont really know how CC work on oversea, but if Bankwire every time u wire money, u kena fees like RM25-40 one(this is outside of exchange rate).

I wonder we got these "fee" if u buy something oversea with CC or not. Since u technically send money to buy something oversea. *first time use CC buy things oversea tongue.gif normally I use other method.

yeah bankwire/tt that fee is wiring fees...

for normal credit card no such thing that im aware of... cause they based on exchange rate only..

difference is the exchange rate is higher then the absolute rate...
*

much higher I guess to cover up the "fees". hmm.gif

Credit card companies & banks are not charitable organizations. This is one of their many way to earn something back from the consumers. smile.gif

Let's say if you buy something using your credit card, then you'll incur a small amount of fees from the credit card company & the bank that issue you the card. If you buy via PayPal, then you'll have to add another set of small fees by PayPal & the list goes on.
*

if they charge base on per transaction I guess going steam wallet might save some buck hmm.gif

Steam might have revoked the game due to payment issue. You might want to check with the person who you got the game from.
*

how come this kind of silly thing happen one? I tot only can gift after payment passed? or Steam got loophole?

not really.. actually the bank can reject the payment or the card holder an stop the payment. read on some forum before some dude bought a lot of skyrim and then traded for games, then get the bank to stop the payment. in the end steam revoked all the copies and all the traded games was lost. and the fella who cheated got account ban.
*

So u can start trading games first b4 payment is confirmed by valve? what a stupid system. doh.gif

yeah you can do that but provided you dowan to get your account banned. that is why new account needs 30 days before you can do any trading. not a perfect system. so when we trade also we check the other party if their account is new or not, how many games they have etc.. also dun take in deals that is too good too be true..
*

more like gift should ONLY be traded once the payment has been receive. Clearly valve is creating a loophole here.

you all do know that its a game by money milking EA right ?
*

the patch client of darkspore is crap. 4GB of RAM usage and still hogging my HDD virtual memory?is this memory leak? doh.gif
that game is not even worth to play even it is free. lol

At some point of the time I actually think piratebay is a godsend website for testing if the developer does not provide a proper demo.
