Tell us about your nickname and why did you choose your avatar?
Amalgamation of "van" and "kodoq". Kodoq is just an intentional, mistyped version of "kodok", a nickname I'm stuck with in the online world. The "van" is simply taken from the common Dutch name. The avatar is a logo I've made for self branding. In a way, it's the initial for my real name.
