The final 3 ballon d'Or are so predictable. I secretly hoped that Lahm or Robben makes the cut but they won't win it even if any of them got in. Despite being the best player of all time, Messi probably not going to win this year. My biggest bet is still the dark horse Neuer. I hope Neuer wins the ballon d'Or. The man has done so much. Winning the World cup, Bundesliga, German Champion. He's a goalkeeper, a sweeper keeper defender, he can even be midfielder and can score goals . Truly a complete football player. Can Ronaldo defend? If there's a goalkeeper that could win the ballon d'Or, that would be Neuer. If he does not win it, goalkeepers probably will never ever going to win it again. If someone that could beat Ronaldo, i believe Neuer could be that man.

I hate when people say Neuer shouldn't win because he's a goalkeeper. Yes, he is a goalie and he has different standards compare to an outfield player. But goalie is still one of the 11 men. So yes, he deserves to win.
