hi all ice sifus

wanna ask something here

after seeking some shop opinion,

they normally recommend changing to the component speaker set first
FYI, i already have a RM300+ pioneer HU, not sure what model, but purchased few yrs back. have aux input, no usb

wanna ask, is it we gain the most from changing the speaker ? currently all stock except HU.

also, is audioquad a good brand ? the shop was recommending this component set @ RM390 including installation. The set has a very plastic look and feel compared to some other brands the other bros are offering in garage sales but im unable to order from them cos im in PG.

some help, opinion, advise is needed and many thanks.

lastly, any recommended ICE shops in PG ?

hi thanks for inputs... actually i was thinking to put a 2din HU in first..
doesnt have to be super quality.. just a general 2din HU with the basic functions ( ipod , usb etc etc ) without GPS..

cos i dont like having the empty slot there.. its so ugly..
any recommendations ? not too ex ofcos..

You can add a drawer in place of the empty slot.

Your component runs directly from your HU...without any amp similar like stock? If yes...its best component are supported by amp. HU dont have much power to drive your component..off course there is sound on the speaker.
