I recently bought the iPad 3 with LTE. The personal hotspot option in the Settings will only appear once I put the sim card inside? I have not gone to a service provider yet. How about U Mobile U28 plan? That's the cheapest so far .. otherwise may have no choice but to opt for Maxis.
