So my Xbox drives cant be flash at the moment.

I heard you can change the drives and flash it.

Is it possible?

Philips-LiteOn 16D5S

Flashing drive = piracy. Original xbox does not need to flash their drive to play games since its done automatically via Xbox Live. Hence why no one replied since piracy is not supported here.
