I am from Klang. I have been downgraded to 512 Kbs package since 3rd November although I have been a RM88 subscriber since day 1 . I have been calling them everyday since then and so far, nothing has been done. The technician last wrote a report was on 7th November that they have already check the tm exchange and it's 1 Mb speed.

What they make me do all these while is :-

1. Test my modem and User ID at places who has the streamyx account. Check and see if my speed using my user ID at his/her place is 1Mb. If yes, that means that's nothing wrong with the TM Exchange or whatever they call. * They suspect its my hardware problem *

2. Bring friend's modem and check my house speed. If it's 512 kbs, it could be the cable connecting to my house.

That's what they have ask me to do all these while. For my case, it's my house that stuck with 512 kbs package. I tried at my neighbour's house using my user ID, it's 1 Mb package.

However, till todate, nothing has been done from TM Net.

Is there any available resources who could help me?? TM Net it seems has put my case to its lowest priority by asking me to redo all the basic troubleshooting ie...switch off my anti-virus program and test the speedometer. My speed is still 300+
