I noticed on the home page of my modem, it says that my DSL Up speed is 256 Kbps, and my Down speed is 512 Kbps. However, my connection is supposed to be a 1 mbps connection. i got my streamyx today and my case is similar as urs, suppose to get 1mbit/384kbps but only got 512kbps/256kbps. This is definitely miscapped case. I found tons of ths issue before, then after report baru o.k!! naya la for those who kept silence about this. i already report to tm100. See lah what gonna happen 1-2 days onward
