Finally found someone with the exact same problem as mine. I'm also the same, my dl speed is usually around 180-200 kb/s but now it's only a max of 100-120kbs. Something's really wrong.

Can anyone help me with my 4-port adsl2/2+N modem router setting with my streamyx? I tried to configure myself but at the end I cannot connect to internet.
I am using Aztech ADSL2/2+DSL1015EN(L) modem router.

i`ve been using streamyx for 3 years plus for home and my office.
i think started 6 month ago my connection keep lost its data...which means the data led either become red or no light while my dsl keep blinking(means keep calling)
Is this some of streamyx way to promote unifi?This problem started to come arise when i receive few call from streamyx asking me to upgrade my subscription to unifi but i refuse and i get this kind of problem alot.In 1 week i might get 2 to 4 dc case and sometime 1 day i will get 3 to 4 times dc....ZZZZ

hey guys, I'm not sure whether you guys ever see this kind of problem or not.

ok here it is, around 2-3 months ago I upgrade my streamyx to unifi, then from that day (when the tech guy come install unifi), supposely my streamyx account terminated already. then suddenly after one month using unifi, the streamyx bill keep coming and I already ask to tm point, they said I just ignore it until I receive red letter. I did receive red letter few weeks ago, since I just got back from overseas then I check they deduct my deposit from previous streamyx bill (for 2 months). I just confuse is this how tm works?

extra note: on the day I register unifi on tm point, I did cancel my streamyx with them there.

Hi all, I'm using TMNet Streamyx 1Mbps package. Staring from 1 month ago, my connection is pretty unstable. the connection can self disconnect for numerous times in an hour and it happens whole day long. I need to keep on off my modem. And most of the time it just show: connected but with no/limited internet access. Can any sifus here help me?

Hi, i am using 1mbps package of streamyx, and its been a while them capped my line at 2mbps (around 200kb/sec), but last month, my download speed suddenly drop to 120-130kb/sec, but in router it still show 2045 downstream, any idea guys?

Same here, my 1mbps package of streamyxconsistently giving me 150kb/sec for many years until 3 month ago for the past 2 weeks we do not have the services. TM said someone stole the cable and when the service is up, I am only getting 1/2 the speed. I think TM is trying to 'coax' us into subscribing UNIFI.

me too also having that connected but with no/limited internet access...exclaimation mark on the network monitor on the bottom right.

it happens very frequent.lol.

Can i change to unifi / upgrade to 4Mbps without penalty or such?

One more question..say i have one fixed line number. is it possible for two person (two streamyx accounts) to subscribe streamyx using that one fixed line?

To upgrade from 512K RM44 to BB deal 1M RM110, can I opt for self installation by collecting the free modem at TM point??

I'm confident my line can support up 4M because of very low ATT & very high SNR.

Currently my fren is using 3xx kb/s plan from streamyx. then he wanted to upgrade it to 1mb/s blockbuster plan, but then after enquiry, tm will not give him a new modem, which is what he wanted. and heres i came with the idea of potong and then register again..

Is there any cool-ing off period impose by the streamyx?

Hi there. I want to ask something, regarding Streamyx subscription.
I would like to know if it is ever possible to have a Streamyx internet connection, however, without having the need to go to a TM Center, to obtain or register? meaning, I can just log on online elsewhere to register for a Streamyx Internet service and have it up and running at my house?

As right now, I do have a working telephone line and a working modem. So I would like to know if it is possible to get an internet line without having the need to go to TM Center.

Do enlighten me on this please

since now my place doesn't have UNIFI, i'm planning to upgrade my existing package to 4MB.

So if lets say UNIFI arrive, can i upgrade to UNIFI or do i need to wait till my contract runs out?
