I'm staying in Puteri 9 now and I'm in the P9 RA committee. lol.  Yes, it's a big pile of mess now. There's few parties trying to negotiate with IOI and so far, nothing's going well except for the negotiation for the communal road to be fixed.

Edited: There's on-going discussions as well. You have directly affected residents representing themselves, and RA representing Puteri 9. I heard Puteri 12 having the same problem. I'm going to have a discussion with committees of P12, and P10 this coming weekend if not the next.

Tesco Bandar Bukit Puchong confirm opening on end Oktober or early November, the current Tesco Pusat Bandar Puchong will remain. The LRT track will took 1/4 ot the outdoor car park of Tesco Pusat Bandar Puchong, and Tesco aware that the public will park the car at Tesco free parking lot and took LRT to work, thus plan to impliment the parking ticket system like Tesco mutiara damasara free only to customer. This is also one of the reason the exist of Tesco Bandar Bukit Puchong, in future after the LRT station in operation , if the buisness at Tesco Pusat Bandar Puchong affected due to lack of parking lot, they will consider to close the Tesco Pusat Bandar Puchong.

As evident from google maps traffic layer, i can see significant improvement from the realtime traffic layer and the average history traffic layer from sunway toll plaza to puchong jaya.
Due to the faster left lanes puchong jaya bound traffic flow, the traffic from kesas slip road may take longer time to joint the main stream LDP traffic.
Over all I think this is the best out of the many traffic re-alignments done in the past so far as the toll paying motoririst gets better priority.
