I think Phung meant retaliate because SW is organizing many events, that's why IOI is doing some event too for their Boulevard. SW apartments not VP yet, by the time it VPed more shops will be open, not to mention TGV will be open in August too, Celebrity Fitness in July. SW looks dead from outside coz the happening part is at the inner court. Owners already start to count profit lor, no need pity them

2)  not more than 5km radius
