Yes. Poor workmanship but good value lah at least.
Corner lot house 4,000+ sq ft just sold at 500k few months ago. Where to find? biggrin.gif

I have a friend who owns a flat unit there facing the lake and left it vacant for years. He did not even check the conditions there, might be occupied by vagrants. My friend intend to sell the unit

Can you post the full list of their 50 channels ? Any HD channels ?

Still exploring the channels one by one. They don't have channel guides yet.
Also quite a lot of tamil shows.

Still remember the lok-lok street that moved to the back of Honda/HSBC carpark years ago?

I recently visited these lok-lok stalls but not of the lok-lok but the fried Keuhteow...damn gooding.. Now I found the best almost similar tasted Penang CKT in Puchong liao rclxms.gif

my fren is opening a cafe at setia walk but having hard time getting waitress/waiters.
anyone can recommend anything?
tried jobstreet and the job enlistments here ad sad.gif
ETA opening next weekend T^T

But definitely no ESPN or National Geo. I think still Astro better if u want quality.
If want cheap just got to live with some crap channels.

So far only got 4 chinese channels and all are from China (CCTV)
