I saw the jam just near the Shell stn b4 the Toll coming from USJ/HICOM side.. I keep to the left & turn in to the tunnel below LDP straight using tepi Sungai Jln Jurutera till my hse.. no jam at all.. haha.. This is the time when taking toll free much better than paying toll + jam

QUOTE(liminality @ Aug 27 2012, 07:20 PM) How do I go around by bus/rapidkl from taman tasik Puchong (near George Kent factory area), to Subang KTM? Take the rapidkl bus (Dunno what no) to Puchong utama terminal (Carrefour). Thereafter you can either take direct to KL Sentral & switch to KTM or stop the bus at IOI Mall & switch to the yellow bus to Subang Jaya/Sunway (this yellow bus I heard not frequent and I heard tiill Sunway only?)Even looking at the rapidkl website, i dont really get it. Not from around KL or Selangor. Need detail direction. Urgent. Anyway, easier to take all the way down to KL Sentral |

QUOTE(Patagoniaranger @ Sep 5 2012, 11:06 PM) the path is legal if u use the one at speedmart 99. only if u go into restricted zone barricaded with tapes. there's no black panther lah... these animals are more shy and scared than u. Obviously , one cannot just go in without some preparation . pm me lah if u want to go.. those who are scare, stay and watch tv. I expect some senior hikers here to join and more than 5 to go in. thank. Actually there were reports of panther or leopard years ago.. Just google and you can find articles about this panther/balck leopard liao and yeah.. got also babi hutan. In the nineties, they even caught tiger from Ayer Hitam forest!http://www.tropecol.com/pdf/open/PDF_52_2/Jour-07-F.pdf http://www.naturemalaysia.com/ayer-hitam.htm http://km.upm.edu.my/kmportalweb/infox/ass...tionFlg=alllist http://www.junglediary.com/ayer-hitam-fore...eserve-puchong/ QUOTE the forest consists of mostly old secondary growth, but still continues to support an impressive range of wildlife species, including wild boars, slow lorises and even black leopards |

QUOTE(greatbattles @ Sep 7 2012, 06:10 PM) bagus ar itu kedai?if bagus tmrw i pergi lu. my tyre profile normally sell how much? BTW, this is not fast & furious forum My situation is this: My front tyres wear and tear 2 times faster than my rear tyres. my rear tyres now still in good condition. and furthermore next year after car warranty period finishes, i plan to replace my rims. however its not worth it to spend rm600 on two tyres only to replace them in less than half a year, right? so i plan to get secondhand tyres, which has almost the same wear and tear as my rear tyres. thats my rational on the whole situation lo. but i receive some feedback saying that not save and all. so buy new tyres are the best options? If you follow this proven no rocket science theory and not using to soft compund tyres...you be able to change all tyres ~ 60-70K km.. QUOTE(ronnie @ Sep 12 2012, 11:07 AM) LDP should close the U-turn under the Flyover to prevent jams at the Traffic Light junction. Haha.. Nowadays, I do use this way. Down the ramp from Puchong towards Kesas-Seri Petaling and up again using the exit 511b as mentioned earlier by idoblu All traffics reroute to KESAS... further away thus less congestion. Still lotsa ppl dunno this way and yeah...shhhhh.. otherwise this also jam...well, I think certain ppl still will not use this bcos one big detour |

QUOTE(Patagoniaranger @ Sep 13 2012, 09:43 AM) Puchong Hike With Panggurban and friends. Wondering whether both of you experience paranormal activities on the peak or not.. Even during daylight I feel something fishy wth the manmade swing on top of the peak I had a great hike in the evening with Pangurban and his friends last night. We had our headlamp and walking stick . I brought my Swiss Army knife for protection and a small bag of First Aid kit as part of preparation because night hike is different. . We went up around 8.30pm in the evening and manage to reach the peak and come down at around 9.45pm. The air and the scenery from the top is spectacle . It's a total different experience and quite challenging because our sight is limited and quite focus on the foot trail all the time. When coming down time, we manage to say hello to a Police Patrol Car but they were just on the lookout because there's a burglary around the area . Hopefully more will join me next time but i think will prefer to go up around 7pm instead . It only an hour or 45 minutes hike. the trail is easy and there are other hikers who went up before us too.see u next time again Pangur. |

QUOTE(PangurBan @ Sep 13 2012, 08:20 PM) The hiker's group take down the swing long time ago liao. Or perhaps the UPM people did it. Didn't experience anything unusual up there. If there were any ghosties, Hui Hui would have made a lot of noise. She didn't make a sound. Hui-Hui probably older than you by now liao based on dog's age |
