proton basher will say they cut down the chasis quality so preve can drive faster

if same thing apply to all oversea car ..they will say impressive and unexpected

If officially Proton announce the BHP is lower than the actual Dyno test.
Then something must be wrong, it's either the Proton Dyno tester mechanics are not doing a job well enough thus no QUALITY control
or
The Dyno above is not actually reliable.

Well, both does tell me that STANDARD is a word too far in PROTON
