Managed to trace back it's THS19T model from uncle google.. On page 7 of this 2008 catalogue.
2008 Catalogue

Page 11 of 2009 Catalogue:
2009 Catalogue

Just wondering is it a genuine product based on the pic?
Searched through many websites and the tweeter seemed original.

Specs:
19mm silk dome tweeter
Xover : Air coils + Poly caps
Diameter: 19mm
Impedance: 4Ω
Peak power: 260W
rated power:65W
Sensitivity 2V 1m: 92,0dB
Response: 2,5-25kHz

Btw is this considered a high or low end SQ / SPL / SQL series?
So the magnet should be just a normal magnet?
Silk dome cone probably cloth based material?
Should I expect one of the best clearity from this tweeter?

Enlightenment is required.. Just got poisoned kawkaw by ICE this month. Thanks.

EDIT: Spoiler added.

back in the old days, MTX is one of the best brand (pioneers btw) for car audio.
these days, kinda considered chicken brand lol. (sifus do correct me if i am mistaken)

can also refer: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MTX_Audio

as for genuine or not, i cant tell just from the pictures, dont seem to have distributor stickers also.
as a general rule of thumb: if it's too good to be true, it probably is smile.gif

By merely looking at the pictures taken, item seems as good as genuine stuff & to substantiate the former, item from yester-years were less prone to being cloned yet which carrying the similarity of today is MIX! To me, these are towards spl more:)
