what do you mean roll freely?? i dont quite understand, the wheel is attached to the UJ, and the UJ is attach to the differential....
u want the rim to roll freely??? is that possible??

Hi everyone. I'm just planning to venture into this hobby and eyeing on Vantex brand RC (around rm350-400). I also noticed the 416 is quite popular. Is it a good model to start from?

I'm not planning to spend more than rm400 because I just want to get the feel of it first, and if I want to continue, I will just give this to my nephew and straight go for 'kit', not RTR.

I also noticed there's a vantex 'sprint'... Is it the same?

Went to a nearby shop to get my car checked, turns out the receiver 'kong'.  After replaced with a new one (RM60), then noticed the battery can only last about 3 min (even right after charging). Ended up buying a NIMh 5100mah battery with fast charger (RM300)...kopak already... but really satisfied with it.

Btw, any ideas on why my rear tyre losing traction ? Tyre wear? I'm playing quite hard on tarmac.
