Im a return customer actually.
Recently i bought 2 pairs of wipers and one pair of BM horn. I had a very bad experience with my latest purchase. Seller shipped the wrong wiper size to me, then i have to bear the courier cost to ship it back to seller which is rm13.90. After installing the BM horn, my mechanic told me that one of the horn is spoilt. I told this issue to seller and the seller agreed to send me a replacement unit but the shipping cost has to be borne by me. Right now Im not even bother to send it back because the total courier fees i paid can buy a new pair of horn already.
Just to voice out my dissapointment, no offense.
